When should I take CBD?

This depends on your personal experience with CBD and what you are trying to achieve.

If you’re looking for calm focus and you’re generally a morning person, you should try it in the morning with your coffee.

If you’re looking to ease anxiety in general, you may want to use it midday.

Have trouble sleeping and need to calm your mind after a hectic day, then use it at night. It’s really up to you. If you haven’t tried it before, you may need to experiment to figure out what works best with your needs and your schedule.

Can I Take it Everyday?

If you’re new to CBD, try a small dose with the method of your choice. Then proceed according to how it affects you. If it doesn’t work the way you would like, you may need to try a different dosage, method, or even time of day.

In the article referenced earlier, the author found that one cup of regular coffee followed by one cup of CBD coffee seemed to work best for him….after some trial and error. (The CBD coffee directly followed by the toast with CBD jelly was a bit much.)
